Well done to all the Red Star team that took part in the recent IUTF Munster Taekwon-Do championships. A team of 30 students traveled to Tralee Co. Kerry to take part and all performed amazingly. A special congrats is extended to Lauren Bradshaw who at 15 years old entered the senior ladies sparring division and won the gold beating club mate Neidin Coulahan, Sarah Sheehan from the ITA and Emma Justice from the ITA all experienced adult competitors. Also big congrats to Jack Ford, Jack O’Brien, Jake Walsh and Conor Kelly from Castleknock who attended their first tournament. We hope everyone had a great day and remember winning is not important, the real victory is in taking part!
